Agreement to terms

By creating an account or using doublesixOS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to business owners, invited staff, and any other authorised users of a business on doublesixOS.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legitimate owner or staff member of a real, legally operating business to use doublesixOS. You confirm that any business you set up is genuine. We may ask to verify this at any time and may suspend accounts we cannot verify.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure. Do not share your password or sign in codes. Each person should have their own account and use the staff invite system to work together. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone has gained access without permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform for anything illegal, not to probe or break its security, not to impersonate another business, and not to store data unrelated to running your business. You may not resell access, scrape data, or use automated tools that abuse the service. Breaking these rules may lead to your account being closed.

Your responsibility for records

As the business owner or operator, you are responsible for getting consent before recording someone's data, for following the rules that apply to your kind of business in your area, and for the accuracy of what you enter. doublesixOS is a tool to help you keep records. It does not replace the professional and legal duties of running your business.

Privacy and your data

We store the information a business enters to run that business and to manage your bookings, records, and payments. We do not sell your data. Some optional features send a limited amount of data to trusted third-party processors only when the business turns them on and, where it involves a patient's health information, only with that patient's consent: for example, consultation audio, lab values, or message drafts may be sent to an AI service (Google) for transcription, explanation, or drafting, and appointment reminders may be sent over WhatsApp (Meta). In those cases the data is processed on servers outside Pakistan and only the minimum needed for the task is sent. Public booking forms never ask for clinical or medical history. You can ask the business you booked with to stop processing your data or to delete it; after an account is closed, data stays available to export for 90 days and is then permanently deleted.

Trial and payment

Your first seven days are free, with full Pro access and no card needed. After the trial you can continue on a paid Pro plan. Subscriptions, once you choose one, are billed in advance. We do not offer refunds for partial periods. Pricing may change, and we will give notice before it does.

Service availability

We aim for high uptime, but we do not guarantee that the service is available 100 percent of the time. Where possible we will announce maintenance in advance. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, sync delays, or outages of services we rely on, such as hosting, database, email, or messaging providers.

Account termination

You can cancel your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, abuse the platform, or stay inactive for a long time. After cancellation your data stays available to export for 90 days, then it is permanently deleted.

Limitation of liability

The platform is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim from your use of doublesixOS is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to the service

We may change, pause, or remove features at any time, with reasonable notice for significant changes. We may update these terms, and we will tell account owners by email about any material change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the platform will be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
