Who we are
doublesixOS is business management software operated by WAHAB Publications, based in Lahore, Pakistan. It helps businesses such as clinics, salons, gyms, schools, and many more run their bookings, customers, payments, and records in one app.
What data we collect
When you use doublesixOS we collect your name, email, phone, and business details, along with the data you enter about your customers: their names, phone numbers, bookings, payments, notes, and any records specific to your business, such as visit history for a clinic or student records for a school. For staff you invite, we collect their name and email. Customers who book through your public booking page provide their name and phone number.
How we use your data
We use the data you provide to operate the platform: showing your records, sending booking reminders, processing payments, and providing support. We do not sell your data. We do not share your customer data with anyone except as needed to operate the service, such as hosting, database, and email delivery, or where the law requires it.
Who owns the data
You and your business own all the data you enter. We act as a processor on your behalf. You can export or delete your data at any time. When you close your account we keep the data for up to 90 days for backup, then permanently delete it.
How we protect your data
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Supabase, in the Mumbai region, with row level security so that you only ever access data from your own business. Sign in uses secure tokens, and staff permissions are enforced on our servers, not just in the app.
Cookies
We use cookies only to keep you signed in. We do not use analytics or tracking cookies inside the app. Our public pages may use light analytics in the future, and we will say so clearly if we do.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below.
Children
doublesixOS is for business owners and staff who are 18 or older. Records may include people under 18 when your staff enter them for a legitimate purpose, such as a patient at a clinic or a student at a school.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will tell account owners by email about any material change.
