Who we are
doublesixOS is a practice management platform operated by WAHAB Publications based in Lahore, Pakistan. We help doctors and practices manage patients, appointments, prescriptions, and finances.
What data we collect
When you use doublesixOS, we collect: your name, email, phone, clinic information, and the data you enter about your patients (names, phone numbers, medical history, prescriptions, appointment records, lab results). For staff invited to your clinic, we collect their name and email. Patients booking through your public booking page provide their name and phone number.
How we use your data
We use the data you provide to operate the platform: showing your patient records, sending appointment reminders, processing payments, and providing customer support. We do not sell your data. We do not share patient data with third parties except as required to operate the service (hosting, database, email delivery) or as required by law.
Patient data ownership
You and your clinic own all patient data you enter. We act as a data processor on your behalf. You can export or delete your data at any time. When you cancel your account, we retain data for up to 90 days for backup purposes, then permanently delete it.
How we protect your data
Patient data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Supabase (Mumbai, India) for our database with row-level security so that you only access data from your own clinic. Authentication uses industry-standard secure tokens. Staff permissions are enforced server-side.
Cookies
We use cookies only for authentication (keeping you logged in). We do not use analytics or tracking cookies on our application. Our marketing pages may use minimal analytics in the future, with notice.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.
Children
doublesixOS is for clinic owners and staff who are 18 or older. Patient records may include minors when entered by clinic staff for medical care purposes.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email to clinic owners.
